The Legacy Institute for Nature & Culture’s 2008 conservation calendar highlights Florida’s breathtaking environment.

“Florida hosts an astonishing array of life found nowhere else, but the natural splendor presents unique challenges” in place where 200,000 acres of natural and agricultural land are lost each year, said the institute’s president Carlton Ward Jr. "This stunning collection of photographs bears witness to Florida's natural heritage, creating at once an historic document and living testimony for its survival."
